They are often highly skilled people who may over-commit themselves and have difficulty saying no to requests for their help. They may also feel ownership for things that are not their responsibility or concern. This makes them valuable to, and sometimes exploited by, others needing help. Establishing personal and organizational boundaries through assertiveness training may prove helpful. Are you ready to work on your stress management plan?
