Stress Group B - What to do When Everyone Knows You Can't Say No

You're Dependable - And Everyone Knows It

Group B: People in this group may may experience stress as the result of interactions with others in the work environment or at home. They are often highly skilled people who may over-commit themselves and have difficulty saying no to requests for their help. They may also feel ownership for things that are not their responsibility or concern. This makes them valuable to, and sometimes exploited by, others needing help. Establishing personal and organizational boundaries through assertiveness training may prove helpful.
