Does Reading Leave You Exhausted?

Is your child exhausted by the end of the day?  Mine is.  It's no wonder.  Today's kids often begin the day ultra-early with a long bus ride and spend most of the day actively engaged in classwork.  (Or at least we hope they are actively engaged.)  If they have any after school activities at all, those burn up a couple of hours and may drain what energy they have left.  After dinner, there's homework.  If your teen is like mine, that's about the time his body wants nothing more than a sitcom and a snooze.

Most kids struggle with hectic schedules like these, and doubly so if they have learning disabilities.  Most students with learning disabilities need a lot of time to complete assignments, and the effort they put forth can leave them (and you) exhausted.  These tips can help your child by improving study efficiency:
