Reading and Literacy Site - SillyBooks.net

Tuesday April 15, 2008
Every now and then I stumble upon a website that simply floors me. SillyBooks.net is just such a site. Created by Roger Carr, this site includes wonderfully illustrated stories that include animation, voice reading along with visually highlighted text, puzzles, games, music and more. You can even submit your child's stories for consideration to be published on the site. It will be a source of delight for hours for elementary aged children and the tween set. Overall, the design of this site is excellent and wonderfully accessible for students with learning disabilities in reading. Check out SillyBooks.net with your child.
