Retention - Is Retention Appropriate for Your Child?

This week at my house, we'll be filling out scheduling forms next year. It will be a big transition for us from middle school to high school. Where has the time gone? I think it must be the same black hole that swallows one sock from each pair and either the top or bottom of sports bottles and plastic food storage containers. Nonetheless, the end of the school year fast approaches, and many of us will be facing the possibility of school retention. If your child's teachers are considering retention, learn what you need to know to make the right decision for your child.
